CSV columns
All numeric cells are required. Enter 0 when not applicable; no currency symbols, formulas or thousands separators. Use up to two decimal places; listingCount must be a whole number. In jp mode feeRate/fixedFee are ignored; in custom mode listingCount/buyerTax/otherFees are ignored.

How to use
Start with a single product
Choose Etsy Japan or Custom, then enter selling price, shipping charged to the buyer, product cost and shipping cost. Calculate profit to see the fee breakdown and estimated margin. All money amounts are US dollars, even in Japanese.
Work backward from a profit goal
Enter your target profit and select Find selling price. Use this price copies the result into the calculator. Buyer tax and additional fees stay at the entered amounts; revise any price-dependent costs before relying on the estimate.
Save and compare products
Give your product a name and save it in this browser. To compare many products, download the CSV template or try the sample. Calculate your CSV to populate the comparison dashboard. The CSV results download is a calculation report, not a saved-product backup or an input template.
Calculation assumptions
What the estimates include
Revenue is selling price plus shipping charged to the buyer. Profit subtracts product cost, shipping cost and the selected fees. Margin divides profit by revenue; zero revenue has no defined margin. The dashboard assumes one sale per valid CSV row and excludes error rows.
Etsy Japan mode estimates one item per order with USD listing and payment-account currencies: $0.20 per allocated listing charge, a 6.5% transaction fee, and 6% plus $0.30 payment processing. Etsy-collected buyer tax is added only to the processing base. Fees are rounded separately to cents.
What you need to add separately
Advertising, currency conversion, Payoneer charges and taxes on seller fees are not added automatically. Allocate them under Other fees / fee taxes in Etsy mode; Custom mode uses only your percentage and fixed fee. Multiple-item orders, refunds, seller-remitted sales taxes and income taxes are not modeled. Confirm current fees and actual statements before pricing a sale.
This is an independent calculator, not an Etsy or Payoneer product. Estimates do not guarantee profit or match every billing scenario.
Privacy
Your data in this version
Calculations and CSV processing run in your browser. This application does not upload entered prices, product names or CSV contents to an application server. Saved products and language preference use localStorage for this site address. Unsaved inputs and CSV results are not retained after reloading.
Saved products are available to people using this browser profile. You can delete them individually or remove this site's browser data. There is no account sync, cloud backup or saved-product restore feature. Private browsing, clearing site data or switching devices, browsers or site addresses can make saved data unavailable. Codespaces data does not automatically move to the public site.
This version includes no advertising scripts, analytics trackers or application cookies. The hosting provider may process request information such as IP addresses and security logs under its own policies. Opening an external reference takes you to that site's privacy practices. Review this notice again if advertising, analytics or accounts are introduced.
